It is adhering to the Path of the Messenger of Allaah (sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) and of the True Believers of the past (our Salaf us-Salih) and the belivers from amongst the present. 'As-Salaf' is a collective term referring to the Muslim Pious Predecessors and Pioneers in Islam and all those who follow in their footsteps in belief, speech and actions and characteristics.

What is the meaning of Salafi?
In response to what you put on Dr. M's website, that Malays have accomadated a lot and they are not racists; you do realise right that the country would have been worse off than Indonesia if it wasnt for the other races? No one is questioning Malay rights la, have your rights, but dont act like a prick saying you are accomodating us. Better la you have your Bumi priveldsges..coz basically without that you guys cant really do much, or advance in life. Oops
